The president, Michael Bisek, has logged over 12000 hours of helicopter flight hours as a Certified Flight Instructor and as Commercial Pilot . He works very closely with the FAA, respecting rules, regulations, and all safety matters.

Mr. Bisek was chosen by the FAA to be a “Fast Team Representative” which promotes the FAA’s safety agenda to the local aircraft community. http://www.faasafety.gov/

Since 1996, he has served as an FAA "Designated Pilot Examiner".

He has been an Airframe and Power plant Mechanic sine 1981, with his "FAA Inspection Authorization" since 1986.

The FAA named Michael “Mechanic of the Year Southwest Region 2007”.

Helicopter Experts was voted “Service Center of the Year 2004” by Schweitzer Helicopter Company.

In 2010,Helicopter Experts was chosen, by Kurt Robinson, to be the Robinson R66 dealer for San Antonio and the surrounding area.

Professionalism
HEI provides maintenance and pilot training to government agencies such as the San Antonio Police Department, United States Customs Service and the Federal Aviation Administration.

HEI’s pilots adhere to the FAA’s and company’s strict safety rules and regulations. We don’t take any short cuts because we value our customers and our reputation.

All of our aircraft are owned and maintained by the owner and are in impeccable condition. Other companies might rent helicopters and their pilots. Maintenance on rented helicopters could be questionable.
